Manfred Stader, one of the best know artists for 3D street drawings will return to Romania to draw on the Bucharest pavement. Stader, who did similar works for a Bucharest shopping mall two years ago, will present his work for Romania on Sunday morning, September 18, near the People's Palace in Bucharest.
