Lucian Bondoc moves to White&Case as partner

Lucian Bondoc has been recently named partner with White & Case law firm, having been appointed coexecutive partner and head of the mergers & acquisitions and corporate and competition. Practices.Bondoc was previously a partner with Salans law firm's Bucharest office. He specializes in all areas of corporate, commercial and competition law, focusing on M&A, capital markets and greenfield projects, as well as employment law issues. Bondoc is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales. He holds four university degrees, including a master degree in public administration from the French National School of Administration. The White&Case office in Bucharest opened in 2008. It was initially run by Todd Schollenbarger, who has left the company in the meantime.
