Julio Iglesias to perform in Bucharest one week after his son Enrique’s concert

May 2016 seems to be the “Iglesias month” in Romania. Enrique Iglesias will perform in Bucharest on May 12, and his father Julio Iglesias will have a concert together with Julio Iglesias Jr. a week later, on May 18. The venues are different, however: Enrique will play for his Romanian fans at Romexpo while the Latin music icon Julio Iglesias will have his concert at Sala Palatului. Julio Iglesias has had many concerts in Romania throughout the years while for his son Enrique this year's gig will be his first here. Julio Iglesias’ concert in Romania is part of his promotion tour for Mexico, the artists’ latest album released in the autumn of 2015. His son Julio Iglesias Jr. will perform in the opening of the concert. Tickets cost between RON 280 and RON 550 and can be purchased online here. Julio Iglesias is one of the best-selling artists of all times. He has sold some 300 million albums worldwide in 14 languages and released more than 80 albums. Read more about him here.
