The Romanian city of Sibiu is one of the most charming towns in Europe that someone would want to visit, according to journalists from The Huffington Post. They placed Sibiu on a list of nine European cities which also includes Bruges in Belgium, Colmar in France and Bibury in England. ”This pedestrian-friendly town has an upper level full of historic spots and lower level complete with homes on cobblestone streets.
