H&M to bring Marni’s clothes and accessories to Romania next spring

Italian fashion house Marni is next up to create clothes for Swedish retailer H&M, after the Versace collection for H&M recently entered the retailer’s stores worldwide, including Romania. The Marni collection willbe out on March 8, 2012, and will feature clothes and accessories, according to Redcarpet-fashionawards.com. The Marni for H&M collection is the Swedish retailer’s latest designer collaboration, after working previously with Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Comme des Garcons, Jimmy Choo, Lanvin, and most recently Versace. H&M is a Swedish retail clothing company founded in 1947 and is globally recognized for its fast-fashion collections for men, women, teenagers and children. It has over 2,300 stores in 41 countries and as of 2011 employed around 87,000 people. Between March and August the Swedish company recorded sales of around EUR 21 million on the local market. The company now has 11 stores in Romania- five in Bucharest and the other six spread across the country.
