Hercules Trophy corporate team challenge comes to Romania this summer

Hercules Trophy, which is said to be the coolest corporate team challenge in the world, will arrive in Romania this summer. Romanian company Universum Events has acquired the license to organize the event locally. The first edition of Hercules Trophy in Romania will take place in Bucharest on June 16. During the event, 7-member teams will have to go through 12 sports challenges adapted to amateur level and different types of physical effort. Each participant is asked to think, act and perform as part of a team at first, and then individually. The competition is dedicated to both company employees and their families. “Hercules Trophy is a unique mix of sports, entertainment, networking and parties, and everything happens in the Hercules Trophy Village: the energy of the teams in the competition, the famous opening ceremony, and the after party,” said Eliza Pisica, project manager Hercules Trophy Romania. “It's not a sporting event that requires a specific training, the physical condition is not important, but the spirit of collegiality, that team work people talk about in companies.” The Belgians launched Hercules Trophy some 18 years ago.
