Foreign and Romanian poets come at Nights in White Satin event in Bucharest

The seventh edition of Nights in White Satin poetic and performative event will take place in Bucharest from October 21 to October 23. It will be the event’s first edition with international participation, the list of guests including Aase Berg and Elisabeth Berchtold from Sweden, and Johannes Göransson from the U.S. Romanian poets Sebastian Big, Raluca Boboc, Anca Bucur, Monica Manolachi, Iulia Militaru, Felix Nicolau, Octavian Perpelea, Razvan Pricop, and Andra Rotaru will also attend the event. Nights in White Satin will take place in several locations in Bucharest, namely the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR), Carturesti Verona Bookshop, and Gallery. The event will start on October 21, 19:00, at ICR, with a dialogue in English about poetry and the Swedish and American performative scene. The guests are Aase Berg, Elisabeth Berchtold, and Johannes Göransson. A poetic performance is scheduled to take place at Carturesti Bookshop on October 22, 19:00, while the next day, the event will continue at Gallery, starting 20:00.
