Bucharest city hall opens Little Riviera relaxation space near Unirii

A new relaxation and concert area called Little Riviera (Mica Riviera) opened last week-end near Unirii Square in Bucharest. The relaxation area, a project created by the Bucharest city hall, is across the street from Unirea Shopping Center, near Dambovita river. The area will host concerts, stand-up comedy shows and other cultural events for a month. A couple of terraces have also been included in the project, so you could relax while having a coffee near the Dambovita river. This is a pilot project which will continue if it gets a good feed-back from people, according to Bucharest city hall representatives. It runs under the slogan 'Far from the city, downtown Bucharest'.
