Christian Bruckner is the new director in charge with Operations & IT for local lender BCR. His naming requires the approval from the Romanian central bank (BNR). Bruckner takes on the attributions from Oana Petrescu, who is now vice-president of retail and private banking with BCR. 39-year old Bruckner will also be a counselor in the Executive committee starting August 1st. Christian Bruckner is a TGM institute graduate from Vienna, having also studied at the Financial Banking Institute Danube University in Krems, Austria.
