GCC-born advisory firm Upscale Business launches operations in Romania

Upscale Business, a boutique advisory firm founded in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, announced the launch of operations in Romania as part of its European expansion strategy. The company aims to connect investors, brands, and business opportunities between the Gulf region and European markets, with a particular focus on hospitality, lifestyle, and mixed-use developments.

Founded by Farah Chahine, the consultancy brings more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, brand development, investment advisory, and digital transformation.
