SoftOne Romania expands by acquiring QBS Retail & Logistics in Brasov

SoftOne Romania, part of the SoftOne Group, one of the most important players in the market for Cloud ERP, CRM, mobility, and electronic billing solutions and services, has acquired software developer QBS Retail & Logistics.

The new acquisition marks a significant step in SoftOne Romania's expansion strategy for this year. As a result, the company will double its number of employees and target a growth of over 50% in revenue in 2023.

The new SoftOne Romania subsidiary in Brasov will focus on supporting partners and customers in the Transylvania region.

QBS Retail & Logistics, a partner with extensive experience within the SoftOne ecosystem, is a business software solutions implementer with over 20 years of experience in the Romanian market. The company offers integrated services for analysis, development, and implementation to its clients.
