Romanian hydropower producer Hidroelectrica enters the cold season with its water reservoirs filled to over 75% capacity, a higher level than a year ago, Radu Constantin, Chief Administrative Officer of the company, said at the 14th Energy Forum organized by DC Media Group, Bursa.ro reported.
Constantin said the company is reinforcing its role in guaranteeing Romania’s energy security through an investment plan exceeding EUR 1.4 billion for the next two years, focused on modernization, re-technology, and expanding energy storage capacity.
