EVERGENT reports investments of RON 151.6 million as of March 31, 2023

• The total value of the assets under management was RON 2,419 million

EVERGENT Investments, the investment company listed under the ticker EVER, reported investments of RON 151.6 million as of March 31, 2023 and total assets of RON 2,419 million. The company has allocated dividends with a competitive yield of 7% in the capital market. On June 28, EVERGENT Investments will start paying dividends for the year 2022, in a total amount of RON 82,712,573.

The financial performance recorded a net result of RON 2.41 million, consisting of a loss of RON 4.6 million and a net gain of RON 7.01 million from the sale of financial assets reflected in the retained earnings - accounting treatment according to IFRS 9.

EVERGENT Investments continues to develop its Private Equity portfolio by expanding the “Blueberry Farms” project to 105 hectares through the acquisition of 50 hectares by EVER AGRIBIO company. The new land is intended for organic blueberry production, meeting the growing demand for organic products. The investment in organic production strategically positions the company in line with the trends and opens up innovation opportunities.
