Leading microinverters producer Enphase to begin production in Romania next year

Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH), a global energy technology company and the world's leading supplier of solar microinverters, announced plans to expand its global manufacturing capacity starting in Q1 2023 with new production lines at the Timisoara-based factory held by its partner Flex.

Flex, which provides innovative design, engineering, manufacturing and logistics services to companies of all sizes in various industries, will begin producing for Enphase, at its Timisoara factory, microinverters to be sold on the European market, Seekingalpha.com reported.

Enphase said the manufacturing site in Romania will enable it to increase global capacity and improve delivery times to its customers in Europe.

The calendar of the project and planned capacity of the new factory have not been disclosed, and the company has not said how much it will invest in the new production capacity.
