Romania’s Chamber of Deputies on August 5 approved the Decarbonisation Law for the second time, this time with the problematic amendments introduced in the Senate by the Social Democrats (PSD) that allegedly put at risk the implementation of the Resilience Plan because they reverse milestones met in the past by the country under the second disbursement request.
The amendments expose Romania to penalties, and the blocking of payment requests 5 and 6 under the RRF, Minister of Investments and European Projects Dragos Pislaru claims, according to Bursa.
