Biggest office owner in Romania buys third Green Court building from Skanska

Real estate investment company Globalworth, the biggest office owner in Romania, has purchased the third building of the Green Court office compound in Bucharest developed by Swedish group Skanska.

The gross value of the transaction is EUR 38 million and the closing is estimated for the third quarter of this year.

The Green Court office compound, located in the Barbu Vacarescu-Pipera business area, was Skanska’s first project in Romania. It is made of three buildings with 54,300 sqm of leasable space, all of which are now owned by Globalworth.

The project’s tenants include General Motors, Orange, Capgemini, ABB, Legand, Carrefour, and Merck.
