UiPath co-founder Daniel Dines buys 0.8% stake in real estate group One United

The management of real estate group One United Properties (BVB: ONE) informed the market that on May 22, Icevulcan Properties Ltd, controlled by UiPath co-founder Daniel Dines and an existing shareholder of the group before the deal, exercised its option to purchase a total number of 31.2 mln ordinary shares from investment vehicles controlled by the co-founder of One United.

The 31.2 mln shares account for a 0.8% stake.

The option was exercised at a price of RON 0.718 per share, 22% below the market price, resulting in a total price for the entire package of RON 22.26 mln (EUR 4.45 mln).

Following the deal, the two co-founders of One United, through their investment vehicles, still hold 27.583% of the company each.
