Hagag Development invests over EUR 20 mln in new residential project in Bucharest

Real estate developer Hagag Development Europe announced that it would invest more than EUR 20 million in a new upper-premium residential project in Bucharest.

Currently in the design phase, H Primaverii 1 will rise above a 1,360 square metres plot of land and showcase, once completed, more than 4,000 square metres GBA of residential units and commercial spaces.

The project will include 18 residential units and 700 square metres of commercial spaces available on the ground floor. A 2,000-sqm underground construction will be destined exclusively for parking.

Hagag Development Europe is a real estate investor-developer specialising in residential, commercial and hotel projects in Romania, listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
