Finqware, a fintech start-up that has developed integration and open banking applications that help medium-sized companies working with multiple banks and markets see their financial position quickly, aims to raise EUR 3 mln with a new financing round.
Of this amount, the start-up has already secured EUR 2 mln from an unnamed investment fund in Luxembourg, Ziarul Financiar reported.
To complete its funding target, the start-up returns with a campaign on the crowdfunding platform SeedBlink, where investors can buy shares with a value between EUR 250,000 and EUR 500,000.
The pre-money valuation at which the round takes place is EUR 11.75 mln, compared to EUR 6.8 mln in the previous round of July 2022.
