Construction in Romania up 8% YoY in Jan-Nov 2025
The volume of construction works in Romania increased in the first 11 months of 2025 by over 8% compared to the same period of the previous year, according to data published on Tuesday, January 20, by the National Institute of Statistics.

The volume of construction works in Romania increased in the first 11 months of 2025 by over 8% compared to the same period of the previous year, according to data published on Tuesday, January 20, by the National Institute of Statistics.
Between January 1 and November 30, 2025, the total volume of construction works increased by 8.5% gross, due to major repair works (+48%) and new construction works (+6.1%). On the other hand, maintenance and current repair works decreased by 4.4%.
