Phase I of the new Liniei Park has an area of 45,000 square meters and approximately 630 linear meters, and the investment was RON 13.5 mln (EUR 2.7 mln).

"We will immediately continue with Phase II, and we will reach 8 hectares, so we will have the largest park in Bucharest opened after 1989," mayor Ciprian Ciucu explained, according to a press release of the District 6 City Hall quoted by Adevarul.
