An Italian chef who has been living and working in Romania for the last 21 years is one of the three jury members at the latest edition of Master Chef in Romania, and also the first female jury member of the show in Romania.

Italian chef Patrizia Paglieri started off as a chef in Romania 15 years ago by opening a small restaurant in Buftea together with her mother, both of them coming from San Remo.

Patrizia was born in Bahamas to an Italian family. Her father was a casino manager and took his family with him everywhere in the world, including in Romania.

Patrizia shares the Master Chef show jury seats with chef Florin Scripca, nicknamed Chef FOA, and with Adrian Hadean, a chef, writer and blogger.

The new edition of Master Chef started on Monday, September 15, at ProTV. This edition brings a new jury, after the three chefs who started the show in Romania went to competing TV station Antena 1 to work on competitor show Hell's Kitchen.
