Swiss media group Ringier is in negotiations for acquiring the local real estate classifieds portal Imobiliare.ro, according to market sources cited by local Ziarul Financiar. The transaction could reach EUR 10-20 million. The ad portal is currently owned by the Timisoara-based company Realmedia Network. Ringier also owns the job portal eJobs and several print and online media products. The US investment fund Broadhurst has a share of 60.6% in Realmedia Network whereas the rest is owned by media group’s founders.
