Romania is this year too present at the world's largest trade fair for tourism currently taking place in Berlin, Germany.

A spelling mistake on Romania's official map however made the country stand out from the crowd this year: instead of writing Rumaenien on the map, the organizers have written Rumaenin, which in German means Romanian woman – see picture below.

With its branding and design similar to last year's, Romania's stand is next to Slovakia and the Czech Republic's respective stands. Despite the recent governmental changes, Razvan Filipescu from the National Authority for Tourism attended the fair representing the Romanian Government on March 5.

The fair in Berlin is open until March 9. During the week, trade visitors are welcome, and the event opens for the public during the weekend.
