Local lender Banca Transilvania and Western Union have recently launched the money transfer directly from the bank's ATMs. This is a first in Romania, the two companies have said.

Users will be able to send money from their bank account to any Western Union agency in the world, as well as receive money directly to their accounts. Clients need an account with Banca Transilvania, a valid card for the bank, as well as a gold! Card from Western Union.
