Foreign companies face three major challenges in Romania, according to a survey by professional services firm TMF Group Romania.
These include the frequent law changes (54% of the respondents name this as a problem), getting adequate support from the state (51%), and the implementation of legislative requirements (49%).
Due to the context, companies are willing to outsource accounting and tax assistance services. They are also positive about outsourcing payroll and human resources management services. The goal is to focus better on their main activities.
Some of the foreign companies also have problems in finding competent employees.
