Anca Megan is the new Chief Financial Officer of transport and logistics company edy Group. Megan, 33, has previously worked as audit manager with PwC in Romania. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has graduated the Economy and Business Management Faculty in Timisoara, specializing in accounting and financial control.

Edy group includes edy International Spedition, edy Logistics, Autocamion Service and Diesel One. The group has a fleet of over 1,100 trucks. Edy group was created in 1991 by Alin Popa, who is the CEO of the group. In 2005, the Romanian American Enterprise Fund (RAEF) became a shareholder in the company.
