Romania’s seaside resort Mamaia comes third in a ranking of best summer party places in Europe made by hotel search engine Trivago. Mamaia is presented as the “Eastern Europe’s Ibiza,” where people can spend the day in shopping centers or the city’s modern water park, and can go and dance in clubs in the evening.
When making this ranking, Trivago platform took into account several criteria such as the accommodation fees, free wireless connection, and accessibility to public transport.
Playa de Palma, Mallorca (Spain) comes first in the top, followed by Albufeira (Portugal), Mamaia (Romania), Gumbet, Bodrum (Turkey), Makarska (Croatia), Lloret de Mar (Spain), Paceville, St. Julian´s (Malta), Novalja (Croatia), the Gold Beach (Bulgaria), and Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza (Spain).
The ranking was made in September and included the ten places in Europe where party-goers enjoyed the last rays of sun of the year. Find it here.
