Romanian promoted country head of Sony Poland

Lucian Radulescu, the Romanian who has been running Sony’s operations in Romania and the Republic of Moldova from the position of cluster head in the last five years, was promoted country head of Sony Poland, the company announced. Radulescu will take over the new position on May 1.

Meanwhile, another Romanian will replace Lucian Radulescu in the position of commercial cluster head for Romania and Republic of Moldova, namely Gheorghe Mares. He will also take over the new position on May 1.

Mares joined Sony Romania in 2000, being responsible for coordinating business processes for Sony Romania and the Republic of Moldova (2000 – 2010), and developing local Sony partner channels (2010 – 2012). Since 2012, he has been holding the position of national sales manager for Sony Romania and Moldova.
