Romanian Dynamic Selling Group has finalized the takeover of the Ramplast PVC profiles factory from chemical producer Oltchim for EUR 3 million, News.ro reported.

The group plans to invest another EUR 3 million in modernizing the factory, in the next two years. Ramplast, which has been on the market for over 22 years, is the biggest PVC profiles factory in Romania, with a capacity of some 14,000 tons per year.

The new shareholders plan to further expand the production capacities and hire another 40 people, aiming to also start exporting its products to European markets.

Dynamic Selling Group was founded in 2004 by Romanian investors Cristian Stoleru and Gabriel Stoian. The group, which is active in PVC profile distribution, reached a turnover of EUR 46 million and about 500 employees in 2017.
