Romania allocates EUR 3 mln to fund kindergartens in Moldova
Romania’s Government gave to the Republic of Moldova a non-reimbursable financial contribution of EUR 3 million to finance 83 kindergartens, according to the Regional Development Ministry. The money was sent on November 7.
The agreement was part of a larger assistance program initiated in 2010, providing a non-reimbursable financial help of EUR 100 million for the Republic of Moldova.
In 2014, Romania’s Government allocated EUR 20 million for 836 schools and kindergartens in the Republic of Moldova. Romania also bought some 80 school buses to send to Moldova.
