We are happy to announce that AISB has once again been selected two years in a row as a Microsoft Showcase School for 2015-2016. AISB was recognized by Microsoft as a Showcase School for its excellence in transforming its learning environment to deliver more personalized education to students, using mobile and cloud technology to better prepare students for success in the workplace. How did AISB qualify for this recognition is a question one might ask? According to Microsoft, Showcase Schools demonstrate inspired leadership, expert innovative educators and creative and confident students. In addition, leaders have demonstrated a strong vision for educational change, and have applied this vision to transforming AISB by creating an environment where both students and educators engage actively in their own learning through a learner-centered approach while empowering educators with opportunities to embrace innovation in the classroom.

As a Showcase School, AISB will work closely with Microsoft to lead innovation in education and communicate a vision for education enabled by technology through best practice for transformational educational change.
