Turkish car parts maker leases 5,000 sqm for Romania factory

Turkish car parts producer Opsan will open its first factory in Romania within the CTPark logistics and industrial park in Pitesti.

The producer leased 5,000 sqm from developer CTP. The developer will build the industrial facility based on Opsan’s specifications, to include production areas as well as offices.

The deal was brokered by Dunwell Industrial Brokerage.
