Nord City, the newest residential project in the Aviatiei-Pipera area, whose construction began at the end of last year, will be delivered in the first quarter of 2018.

The project is located on the Pipera Boulevard, near the Porsche Nord showroom. It is also close to the office buildings in the area, and to the Aurel Vlaicu metro station and the Herastrau park.

Nord City will include 96 premium apartments in the project’s first stage. The project aims to introduce the “Smart Quality Living” concept. It will offer the inhabitants green areas, indoor gardens, children's playgrounds and underground car parks.

Northern Bucharest is the area with the strongest growth in the last years. The office and retail segments have been mostly growing, and the higher demand on the residential sector is the consequence of the need to live in quality spaces, said Damian Serban, managing director at R&D Advisers.
