Italian brand Liu Jo opens store in Eastern Romania

Italian fashion brand Liu Jo has opened its first store outside Bucharest, in the Palas shopping center in the Eastern Romania city of Iasi.

The company now runs three stores in the local market. The new unit covers 130 sqm, reports local Wall-street.ro.

Liu Jo trades casual, business sport and luxury clothes. The Italian brand has over 4,500 mono-brand stores worldwide.

The Palas Iasi mall was inaugurated in 2012. It represented the largest real estate investment outside Bucharest, worth EUR 265 million. The complex has been developed by the Romanian real estate developer Iulius Group, owned by local businessman Iulian Dascalu.
