Valad signs EUR 300,000 new industrial lease and expands existing one
Real estate investment manager Valad has signed a three year lease for the A1 Business Park in Bucharest, a contract worth EUR 310,000, and also expanded an existing lease contract. Wholesale trade company Tissue Land Distribution has signed the lease of 1,773 sqm of warehouse and office space. D-Log, a provider of logistic services for small and medium requirements, has doubled its initial leased area of 1,700 sqm taking the total leased area to 3,400 sqm.
Located on the A1 Highway, the A1 Business Park hosts tenants like DHL, Uniscan Trade, Valsider Production, Bravo Group, and Coleco Trade. Valad has let over 19,000 sq m of space in Romania and 80,000 sq m across the whole of the Central and Eastern Europe region so far this year, through both lease renewals and new lettings. It manages more than 600,000 sqm of space in CEE across its four offices in Romania, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
