Romania’s multimedia sharing platform Trilulilu for sale

Trilulilu, a Romanian online platform that hosts multimedia content allowing users to share it, was put up for sale as a package including the database, codes, and copyrights, Ziarul Financiar daily announced quoting the notification published in the Official Journal.

There are several interested buyers, and the deal might be completed within three months, Trilulilu founder Sergiu Biris confirmed for Profit.ro.

Trilulilu web page has 150,000 unique users and 650,000 hits per month. Trilulilu also owns a 50.44% share in Zonga Music application. At the beginning of this year, Trilulilu sold an 8.1% stake in Zonga Music for RON 0.95 million (EUR 0.2 million) to Easyhost, a company that provides web hosting services. At this price, Zonga Music is worth RON 11.8 million (EUR 2.5 million).
