The Government considers conducting an inventory of all the real estate assets that are in the state’s private ownership, such as those managed by the Administration of State Protocol Patrimony RA-APPS.

The next step would be including these assets in a fund.

The fund would also include the stakes the state controls in various companies, said Dragos Tudorache, head of the PM’s office, cited by local Profit.ro.

The Government also considered creating such a fund six years ago, but nothing came out of it.

Based on a questionnaire addressed to the Finance Ministry or the Economy Ministry, the head of the PM’s office found out that there was not updated inventory of all the real estate properties in the state’s private ownership.
