Romanian orthodox icons, on display in Lisbon this fall

An exhibition of Romanian orthodox paintings created by local painter Calin Vadan will be on display starting September 2nd in Lisbon, at the National Archeology Museum, according to the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR).

The exhibition will be accompanied by painting ateliers and will be on until September 26, when it will move at the Se Patriarcal in Lisbon, where it will be on display until October 30. In December, the paintings will be displayed at the ICR headquarters in Lisbon.

This is the third year in a row when ICR promotes Romanian orthodox paintings in Lisbon.
