Romania’s National Authority for Tourism (ANT) will allocate up to 100,000 for setting up its exhibition stand at the International Tourism Fair FITUR that will take place in Madrid between January 20 and January 24.

The authority will make a public auction for selecting the company that will set up and decorate the stand. The companies interested in this contract can submit bids until January 8. The selection criterion will be the lowest price.

The National Authority for Tourism will pay for this project from the public budget.

ANT will pay up to EUR 91,500 for setting up the exhibition space and about EUR 8,450 for the promotional materials.

Romania’s stand at FITUR will cover some 180 sqm. It will dedicate an entire wall to Transylvania, an area chosen by Lonely Planet among the top ten destinations for 2016.
