(P) Companies should be a talent hub

27 August 2020

The labour market saw an interesting shift in terms of talent recruitment and working dynamics. After some back and forth, the days when employees knocked on a companies’ door and were just looking for a job are long gone. Now, from start-ups to large corporations, companies must explain their relevance for the community and how they can contribute to the candidate’s desire to develop his/her talent and employ him in an appealing workplace – because talent is in the driver’s seat.

Irrespective of its size, a team should never feel like a mere group of people gathered under the same roof. Instead, it should comprise professionals with various backgrounds and skills, that share a common goal and a bright and common vision for the future. The company should feel like a hub, where new ideas are welcome, contributions are appreciated, and people can realize their dreams. At the same time, the employee needs to feel empowered and encouraged to manage risks, embrace opportunities and perform at his full potential. Attracting and keeping talent is the most critical success factor for any company.

ˮIt is essential to give talent the best chances to become and feel appreciated and rewarded as an entrepreneur. The mission of Alinso Group goes far beyond Real Estate: ALINSO Group develops communities where it is pleasant to live, to create, to invent and to meet.  Each project ALINSO Group develops must be able to create a talent pool. Districts and towns with talent pools bring wellbeing and value, not only for the town itself but for the wider region and Europe has a great history in creating talentˮ, explains Mr. Ivan Lokere, CEO of Alinso Group.

We cannot predict the future, but we do know that some things will always be relevant and the fact that talent attracts talent and talent enhances talent is one of these.  In these times, where both capital and networks are more openly available than ever before, talent and dedication remain by far the most important success factor.

Talent is able to navigate through volatility, creating the best products and deliver a flawless service.
