On Monday night, when the temperature dropped to some minus 10 degrees Celsius in Bucharest, the General Directorate of Social Assistance and the local Police found 28 homeless people on the streets and took them to the social centers.

The authorities have offered hot tea, soup, and warm clothes to those who have refused to go to these centers. The mobile teams will also be present on Tuesday night at the North Train Station in Bucharest to help those in need.
