How many tractors does Romania import?
Romania imported over 11,700 tractors last year, up by a third compared to the previous year. Their total value exceeded EUR 502.9 million, according to the National Institute of Statistics.
Most of the tractors were imported from Germany, reports local Capital.ro.
The tractor exports reached EUR 67.7 million, up by 15.4% compared to 2013. Their total number amounted to over 4,900 in 2014.
The deficit trade on tractors totaled EUR 435 million, up by 24% compared to 2013. The largest part of the exports went to Bulgaria, namely 478 tractors of EUR 24.1 million.
