The audit and financial advisory company EY Romania has appointed Ioana Mihai as corporate finance chief executive in the Transaction Advisory department.

Ioana Mihai has more than 18 years’ experience in Romania’s banking industry, working for groups such as BCR - Erste, Citigroup and ING Bank.

Within EY Romania, Ioana will coordinate the Corporate Finance team, that, along with the Transaction Support and Valuation & Business Modeling teams, ensure the EY transactions support services portfolio.

Before taking over her new position with EY, Ioana Mihai founded and coordinated the Debt Capital Markets department within the local bank Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR).
