When Danish Ulrik Rasmussen first came to Romania 15 years ago, on a backpacking tour of the region, he knew he wanted to return and live here. Six years later, he did that. In the past, he had been playing football, studying and working in Belgium for the European Parliament. He is now a well known head hunter in Romania, partner with executive search firm Pedersen & Partners. The 15-year path was quite filled with changes.

British rehab clinic Castle Craig Hospital, the largest hospital for the treatment of addictions in the UK is currently looking for a Romanian health care operator partners to open a rehab clinic in Romania, Rupert Wolfe Murray, the company's representative for Romania told Romania-Insider.com. “There is no proper rehab facility in Romania,” says Wolfe Murray.

The Embassy is a lounge bar located in Piata Lahovari, in a very fine old building just behind Piata Romana. As you walk up to the bar it has a rather grand feel about it with its solid dark wood bar top and above your head a landing of matching dark wood banister with old paintings on the walls. The bar area itself has low tables with soft, sink-into sofas and chairs. I really like this bar in the afternoons as it has a very relaxed atmosphere and a great place to enjoy yourself while away a few hours with friends.

A group of Romanian investors is planning the first lake dwelling resort in Romania, in Berzasca, Caras Severin county, South West of Romania, local media has reported. The resort will include, among others 30 bungalows, two pools and restaurants on the Danube. The project, worth EUR 1.6 million, will be half financed by European funds.
