Diego Martinez Lopez becomes new CFO of Orange Romania

Diego Martinez Lopez, former vice-president of the Orange group, is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Orange in Romania.

He replaces Ludovic Pech, who moved to Mobistar Belgium, where he will also work as CFO.

Lopez became a vice president of Business Performance and Controlling with Orange in 2009, when he joined its Paris headquarters.

He had joined Orange in 2000 in Spain, where he was, among other roles, head of the controlling department and financial planning.

Orange finished 2012 with total revenues of some EUR 913 million in Romania.

With more than 170 million mobile phone customers and 15 million fixed-phone and Internet customers, Orange registered net sales of EUR 43.5 billion worldwide last year.
