Romanian Mariana Gheorghe, 58, the CEO of oil and gas company OMV Petrom, was again included this year in Fortune magazine’s top of most powerful women in the world, which is led by Ginni Rometty, CEO and president at IBM.

Mariana Gheorghe advanced from number 27 to 19 in the EMEA ranking, which includes the most powerful women in the world of business in Europe, Middle East and Africa, reports local Ziarul Financiar. In this region, the top is led by Ana Botin, president of Santander Bank in Spain.
