US group plans to recruit 100 people in Romania for customer service

US company Yardi, provider of software solutions for the real estate market, wants to recruit 100 call center operators and web analysts for its two offices in Cluj-Napoca by the end of this year.

Yardi is currently active in Romania via the companies Property Shark and Yardi Call Center. It has 750 employees here, reports local Ziarul Financiar.

The US group also wants to hire programmers, consultants, and marketing specialists. In the next weeks it will organize recruitment events that will take place at the Cluj-based office project The Office.

The call center operators provide information via phone to residents and potential residents who live in apartment communities in the US. About 180 people are now employed in the customer service department in Cluj-Napoca.
