Romanian news TV station Digi 24 and the state television TVR will send special teams to Washington to cover Donald Trump’s inauguration as the 45th U.S. President.

Digi 24 will broadcast the events before the inauguration, the swearing-in ceremony, the new President’s speech, the parade on Pennsylvania Avenue, and the handing over at the White House. Cristina Cileacu will be Digi 24’s special correspondent in Washington.

The national television TVR will also have a reporter on field, namely Mihai Melinescu, who will comment the events. The ceremony will also be aired live by TVR 1 on Friday, January 20, starting 18:30.
