Three out of ten Romanian employers to hire people in the next months
Almost three in ten employers in Romania estimate that they will hire people between July and September 2016, according to a Manpower study.
These are the most optimistic hiring plans in the last eight years in Romania, and the most ambitious ones in the EMEA region.
Of the 625 employers that took part in the survey, 29% said that they planned to increase the total number of employees between July and September, 7% expected layoffs whereas 64% expected no change during this period.
The total number of employees should increase in eight out of the ten analyzed sectors in Romania. The strongest increases will be seen in the manufacturing industry. For this sector, the survey has provided the most optimistic estimates since the second quarter of 2008.
